After four years on varsity, more than 1,200 kills, senior eyes next chapter of her volleyball career | Podcast

While Carlson will miss Mac volleyball culture, she looks forward to playing collegiate volleyball at Rose-Hulman

In the third episode of Friday Knight Lights, hosts Julia Copas and Callen Romell talked to senior volleyball captain Greta Carlson about her path to high school volleyball, the culture of playing at McCallum and the college recruitment process.

As a fourth-year varsity member, Carlson completed her senior season this fall. This season at McCallum she had 400 digs and 543 kills, which contributed her achievement of 1,000 kills, a feat she has surpassed, having 1,207 now. This past June, Carlson committed to play Division III volleyball at the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, Ind.
